Bob Radecki has over 30 years experience in the HR and employee benefits industry helping employers deal with difficult benefit and compliance matters.  Bob founded, and for over 10 years, served as President of A.E. Roberts Company, a nationally recognized compliance consulting and training firm. Bob was also the principal HIPAA consultant to a number of health insurance companies, and is recognized as a leading expert on a variety of benefit compliance issues including COBRA, FMLA, CDH rules and more. Bob has been the featured speaker at many industry events and conferences and has published a number of articles concerning various compliance issues.

Mark Major has over 30 years experience with employee benefit plan legal compliance as in-house ERISA counsel, as a lead U.S. compliance attorney for Mercer Consulting, and as outside legal counsel. Mark’s law practice specializes in health, welfare and retirement benefits law supporting small and large employers, as well as TPAs and insurance brokers,  in governance and fiduciary assessment and training, HIPAA privacy and security, wellness programs, eligibility audits, M&A transaction support, nondiscrimination testing, plan documents, and vendor contracts, as well as general compliance reviews and health care reform compliance.  Mark is a member of the Denver and Colorado Bar Associations.

 

Fred W. (“Fritz”) Hewelt

Fritz Hewelt brings over 30 years of experience to his clients, assisting them with a broad range of issues related to the evaluation and remediation of employee benefit and human resource compliance challenges. Fritz began his consulting career with William M. Mercer, Inc. where he was a health and welfare benefit consultant, then moved to the Wyatt Company as the Minneapolis Practice Leader for the Group and Health Care Consulting Practice. Most recently, Fritz was a Vice President in Aon Consulting’s National Tax & ERISA practice. During his tenure with Aon Consulting, Fritz was also a member of Aon’s National Health & Benefits Standards and Compliance Committee and was Aon Consulting’s Health & Benefits Practice National HIPAA Privacy and Data Security Coordinator.

 

Regan Blomme J.D. MBA,

Regan Blomme has experience working as an attorney for a major Fortune 500 company, and for a PEO providing benefits and HR services to small employers. She has also worked as a legal researcher for Thomson Reuters. Prior to obtaining her law degree, Regan worked as an account manager in a leading insurance agency in the Minneapolis area, so she also understand the issues and challenges facing employee benefit consulting firms and agencies. Regan received her law degree from William Mitchell College of Law, her MBA from The University of St. Thomas, and is a member of the Minnesota Bar Association.

Bob Seng is an ERISA and employee benefits lawyer with 25 years of experience advising employers on all aspects of their employee benefit plans. Bob is currently a partner with Dorsey & Whitney in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He was formerly an Assistant General Counsel with Target Corporation where he was responsible for a legal team advising on all aspects of Target’s employee benefits. Bob served on the Policy Board of the Washington D.C based American Benefits Council, and has served as Chair of the Minnesota State Bar Association Section on Employee Benefits.
