Process:
- 2 months before every annual renewal, the client will receive a reminder and checklist to help communicate any benefits changes back to Benefit Comply
- Benefit Comply will make any necessary modifications to the ERISA documents
- Benefit Comply will create Summary of Material Modifications (SMM) for distribution to plan participants
- Throughout the year, if ERISA requirements change, Benefit Comply will notify the client and make any necessary updates to the documents
