Leveraging relationships with payroll vendors to
address your clients’ ACA reporting needs

The new employer reporting rules that go into effect beginning in 2016 are the most significant ACA administrative requirements imposed on employers to date.  Employers are struggling to understand how they will administer these new requirements and they are looking to you for answers. At the same time the large national payroll companies such as Paychex and ADP are using this situation to try to grow their health insurance brokerage business units, posing a significant new competitive challenge in some parts of the country. This poses both a business development opportunity and a client retention risk for your firms.

This session will be a discussion lead by Bob Radecki, President of Benefit Comply and Rick Chouteau, Sr. Vice President at Paycor. We will focus on how your firm can work with the right kind of payroll vendors to deliver an ACA reporting solution, while still maintaining your place as the employer’s trusted employee benefit plan advisor. This session will not be a sales pitch for Paycor. Bob and Rick will focus on how your firm and a payroll vendor partner can join forces to solve your clients reporting needs.
