10:30 - noon | Aggregated Group Rules and Discrimination TestingEmployers need to understand if they are part of a controlled group or affiliated service group for a number of reasons, not the least of which is that it must be included in the ACA reporting beginning in 2016. Mark Major J.D. will review how to determine when separate employers need to be treated as an "Aggregated Group" based on the IRS §414 rules. We will also review §105(h) non-discrimination rules. | |
