The focus of this session will be less on detailed compliance rules and more on a discussion of opportunities to use the ACA for new business generation and the risks the ACA poses to existing business. Special attention will be given to the ACA employer reporting requirements.

This session will be a discussion lead by Bob Radecki, President of Benefit Comply and Rick Chouteau, Sr. Vice President at Paycor. We will focus on how your firm can work with the right kind of payroll vendors to deliver an ACA reporting solution, while still maintaining your place as the employer’s trusted employee benefit plan advisor.

Bob Seng J.D., one of the country’s leading ERISA and benefits attorneys, will discuss the details of the American Benefit Council’s public policy strategic plan “2020 Vision - Flexibility and Future of Employee Benefits". Bob was one of the co-authors of this important report which was presented to the National Press Club in 2014 and will serve as a key discussion document for future benefits policymaking at the federal level.

This session will include specific practical ideas on how to use compliance to generate new business including
- Tactical compliance wedge issues to use in the sales process
- Case studies of actual sales wins using compliance
- How to use a compliance assessment to generate new business
- Compliance related consulting that presents the opportunity to bill clients on a fee-for-service basis.
